This site is operated by Awk Trading Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong with a commercial presence in São Paulo. Awk Global Solutions is its brand. In these terms, “Awk” refers to Awk Trading Limited. Awk serves Brazilian companies that import from China: a single team handles sourcing and procurement, administrative and tax matters, and operations abroad.

This is a corporate website. It describes Awk's services, method and views in general terms, without prices. The scope, price and timeline of each service are set out in a written proposal, and the service begins once you accept it.

What this site says about Awk and its services is published in good faith, and we are accountable for it as provided by law.

Use the site to read, learn and get in touch with us. Do not attempt to take it down or break into it, do not scrape its content in bulk by automated means, do not use the contact channels for mass messaging and do not submit someone else's data without proper grounds.

We may stop responding to anyone who abuses the channels.

The content of this site is for information only. It explains how an operation generally works; it does not analyze your operation and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

The quick diagnostic suggests a step in the method based on six answers. The site's estimates, such as the lead-⁠time ranges in the calendar and the FAQ, give a rough indication of scale to help guide a conversation.

An estimate from this site is not a quote, a price proposal, a tax opinion, or tax, accounting or legal advice. It does not take your specific situation into account and is no substitute for your accountant's analysis.

Tax rates, tax treatment, benefits and deadlines vary with the regulations, the product's classification and how your operation is structured. The figure that counts is the one in a signed document, not on a screen.

A message via WhatsApp, email, Luma or a form starts a conversation: it is not a service agreement and does not bind you to anything. A service begins only once you accept a written proposal.

Luma is a scripted virtual assistant, not a person. Her portrait is for illustration only. Nothing you type to Luma or in the text field on the home page leaves your browser until you tap the WhatsApp or email button.

The “Your Sourcing & Procurement starts here” pop-⁠up, which may appear when you are about to leave the site, asks only for your phone number. By submitting it, you ask the Awk team to contact you on WhatsApp; this is not a service agreement either.

The 15-minute conversation form does two things at once: it emails your answers to the Awk team and opens WhatsApp with them already filled in. The WhatsApp message reaches Awk only if you send it.

Only share through these channels what you would put in an ordinary email. For sensitive documents about your operation, use the channel agreed with the team.

The text and visual identity of this site belong to Awk Trading Limited. The Awk name and logo identify the company and its services.

You may read the content, quote excerpts with attribution and share links to the pages. You may not republish the content as your own or use the Awk name to imply a partnership that does not exist.

Foreign trade terms mentioned here, such as Incoterms, NCM, RADAR, Siscomex, DI/DUIMP and Drawback, belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes.

The site links to services that are not ours: WhatsApp and the sources cited in the calendar, whether official or not. Once you leave this site, the terms and privacy policy of the site or service you go to apply. We have no control over those services.

The site's forms, including the job application form and the phone number pop-⁠up, belong to Awk. Data you send through them is covered by our Privacy Policy.

The site may be unavailable due to maintenance or infrastructure failures. The content and the services described may change; a proposal already sent remains valid as written.

Dates and windows published in the calendar are for information only and depend on external sources. Confirm them before committing to a shipment.

What is never limited: nothing in these terms excludes or limits Awk's liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing here reduces any right you have under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazil's Consumer Protection Code) or the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law).

How we process your data is described in this site's Privacy Policy. Using the site or accepting these terms does not amount to consent to data processing: each processing activity has its own legal basis, explained in the policy.

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of the page and is not retroactive: it does not change service contracts already signed. Material changes are announced on the site.

What changed on October 6, 2026: the description of what Awk does, the addition of the phone number pop-⁠up to the contact channels, and the job application form, which is now part of the site itself.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the Comarca de São Paulo/SP (the judicial district of the city of São Paulo), where Awk has its commercial presence in Brazil, are chosen as the venue on a non-exclusive basis. This does not deprive consumers of the right to bring a claim in the courts of their own domicile.

Service contracts signed with Awk are governed by the law and venue set out in them.
